From time to time we look for someone special to work with us... You will need to have a very good understanding of behaviour and you will understand that it is a communication, often of an unmet need. You will be someone who understands the importance of building positive relationships on which your support and any future learning will rest. 

You will have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written and will be able to build trust and rapport quickly. 

You will be a reflective practitioner, dedicated to enhancing both your own understanding as well as those around you , for both adults and pupils alike.
